Casein Hydrolysate (Acidic)
MAST® Acid Hydrolysate of Casein is rich in amino acids and essential mineral salts but low in vitamins. It is used in the preparation of MAST® Muller Hinton Agar. The product is produced by hydrolysing casein with hydrochloric acid under pressure, followed by neutralisation with sodium hydroxide.
