Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) plus Assay detects and identifies 9 bacterial pathogens associated with gastroenteritis. It demonstrates enhanced detection of C. difficile toxin A and C. perfrigens, and broader coverage of Campylobacter spp. including C. coli, C. jejuni, C. lari, C. upsaliensis, and C. fetus compared to Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) Assay. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
