Allplex™ GI-EB Screening Assay
Allplex™ GI-EB Screening Assay detects and identifies 7 major bacterial pathogens associated with gastroenteritis. It demonstrates detection of Yersinia enterocolitica, Shigella spp. / Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli (EIEC), E. coli O157, Clostridium difficile toxin A/B, stx1/stx2 (Shiga toxin genes), Salmonella spp. and Campylobacter spp.. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
