Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) Assay

Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) Assay detects and identifies 7 bacterial pathogens associated with gastroenteritis. It demonstrates detection of Shigella spp./EIEC, Campylobacter spp., Yersinia enterocolitica, Vibrio spp., Clostridium difficile toxin B, Aeromonas spp., and Salmonella spp.. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
