Allplex™ Meningitis-V1 Assay

Allplex™ Meningitis-B Assay is detects and identifies 7 viral pathogens associated with viral meningitis. It demonstrates detection of Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV1), Herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV2), Varicella zoster virus (VZV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Human herpes virus 6 (HHV6), and Human herpes virus 7 (HHV7). Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
